This document will provide you with installation order instructions for each mod, as well as special specific notes and comments for mods that need them.
That's fine, but make sure you know what you're doing if you choose to replace a mod with another/remove a mod entirely/etc. This guide is also hosted on, thanks to them for more exposure to this! You can check out their Skyrim guide pages as well if you're looking for any alternative recommendations to my mods, just make sure you know what you're doing because this is the only guide I know of with more detailed installation instructions.Īs always, there may or may not be a few mods you choose to omit or add on, depending on your tastes. If it's not on the list, I don't use it for obvious reasons. I went through hundreds of Nexus pages and old outdated guides trying to find the best mods, and I settled on what you see here. No extra alternatives or other recommendations from me other than the one or two that you'll see. If you're insatiable and don't want to heed my warning, I take no responsibility for how well your game performs with those extra added bits. That shit always breaks your game and basically you're just better off playing a hentai game if that's all you're interested in. # This is also NOT a waifuing/sex mod guide. SSE is dead in the water until SKSE64 comes out and all the best mods get ported over, so until then, please don't ask about it or try to follow this guide for SSE. # This is NOT a Skyrim Special Edition guide. You may also notice that Skyrim takes a helluva lot more mods to be fully enjoyable compared to Oblivion (this guide has exactly double the steps of the Oblivion guide too), but them's the breaks. There's only so much we can do with Skyrim, however, so don't be disappointed if we can't fix everything like in Oblivion.
Did I mention that all of this has been done while maintaining lore-friendliness and stability, along with ensuring every mod on the list remains as conflict-free as possible? Of course, any and all bugs will be squashed too. We're going to try and fix as many of Skyrim's flaws as we can, from gameplay to graphics to plain old immersion, while expanding on the world and having as much fun as possible. Just like my Oblivion guide ( ), I've decided after not playing Skyrim for a long time that I want to mod the game for myself but also make an installation order guide for others who want to enjoy the game my way - again with no frills, no nonsense, and no bullshit. FOR NOW, THIS PAGE WILL ONLY CONTAIN A BACKUP OF MY OLD SKYRIM PASTEBIN. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING A SKYRIM SPECIAL EDITION GUIDE.
